Currently we service Chicago, Evanston and Park Ridge.  If your zip code doesn’t work in the booking engine, please email to see if we can service your area.

Do I need to supply the cleaner with my own cleaning products?

No, we do bring all supplies.  Heck, we will even take it a step further!  If there is a certain product you prefer, we will do our best to accommodate you!  Just let us know in the comments section on the booking page.

What if Dust Bunnies missed a spot?

Our services offer consistent, quality home cleaning. Like in any relationship, however, miscommunications occur and we may make a mistake. That’s why we offer “100% Hoppiness Guaranteed” which means if you notify us within 24 hours, our cleaning staff will correct their mistake at no charge.

When do I get charged for the clean?

Your payment information is entered when you book the cleaning, however your card will not be charged until after the clean is completed.
